Chart Notes: For the first time in nine weeks, the Beatles do not place a song in the Top Ten at WPGC as 'Anytime At All' falls from #5 the previous week. This follows an amazing 24 consecutive week streak earlier in the year. The chart absence would prove short lived as within six weeks with the release of new material, the Fab Four would debut with all three of the top three songs on 10/17/64.

Elsewhere around the DC dial, 'A Hard Day's Night' moves from #4 - #5 at WAVA, falls out of the Top Ten from #5 at WEEL, falls out of the Top Ten from #5 at WINX, and falls from #4 - #7 at WWDC.

'And I Love Her' stays at #10 this week at WEAM. Meanwhile, 'Slow Down' from the 'Something New' album on Capitol debuts at #10 in the Top Ten this week at WEEL but loses its 'Predicted Hit' status at WAVA.

Finally, 'Things We Said Today' from the 'A Hard Day's Night' soundtrack but not included in the film itself debuts in the Top Ten at #10 this week at WHMC. That same station continues to feature another Lennon & McCartney song, 'I'll Keep You Satisfied' by Billy J. Kramer with the Dakotas which stays at #6 for the third consecutive week.
